You want to do more than keep up—you want to stay ahead of the game. So when you are ready to take your IT to the next level, you are looking for more than a widget. You are looking for a team with a solution for your organization.
That’s where Computer Solutions comes in. Our goal is to understand your needs, design an IT infrastructure, and see it through to completion.
Our experience runs deep, and so do our South Texas roots. Week in and week out, our engineers build collaboration systems, enterprise networks, and data centers. They have worked in a variety of industries, and chances are, they have seen your situation before. In addition, our team undergoes extensive and ongoing training, and many of our engineers carry the most sought after certifications offered by our manufacturing partners.
Our engineers are also happy to call Computer Solutions—and South Texas—home. With an average tenure of five years, our engineers are here to stay. Our customers benefit from long-term relationships with engineers who have a personal history with their accounts.
We begin every project by gathering information and documenting the scope of the project, including all information that will be necessary to configure the technology solution. During this process, we collaborate with you to document the test plan that will be used at the close of the project to determine whether the project was executed successfully. All documentation is presented to and agreed upon by you at the end of the design phase.
Whether we are implementing a new build or an upgrade, we work with vendors to bring certified, referenceable design standards to every project. We understand that new technology can be disruptive, so we collaborate with our customers to provide computer IT services that minimize downtime. At the conclusion of the build phase, our experts offer training to end-users and system administrators on how to use the solution.
Our clients never ask whether we did what we said we were going to do. We check our work against the test plan we defined with you in the design phase. If we have executed a test plan cleanly, then we’ve executed the project successfully.
