We welcome the newest addition to our team in Kevin Martinez who will support our NetWatch as the Customer Service Coordinator! Kevin will aid NetWatch by serving as the first line of support, assessing support tickets and engaging the rest of our NetWatch team to respond to issues diligently and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
Kevin comes to Computer Solutions from Knight Office Solutions in a strikingly similar capacity to this role. Through his three year tenure at Knight, Kevin excelled in this position, and we are excited to add Ken to our team. With a combined 10 years in the customer service field along with his current educational pursuit within the cyber security realm, Kevin’s professional demeanor and ambition will be a welcomed addition to our NetWatch team!
