Keeping Customers Connected: Migrating to Cisco Unified Communications

Recently we completed an Avaya to Cisco migration of a contact center for the largest municipally owned energy utility company. From design to implementation our team worked hand in hand with our client duplicating customer call flow and the transitioning of employees between platforms. Due to the success of this project this relationship has been extended as we are now engaged in the transition of their enterprise phone system.
