Netwatch - Managed Services

NetWatch Managed Services will help protect your business computing resources through a multi-tiered offering that provides the support level that fits your organization. From basic monitoring and notification of systems issues, to maintaining your resources through centralized, automated procedures we can help assure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, we can provide management of your systems that will provide Microsoft Office functionality remediation.

This system will allow for customer notification when alerts are generated. Service tickets are created for maintenance and management functions that allow us to track work efforts and keep the customer informed as to progress. Additionally, reports are available that document systems health and ticket trends. Additional time can be contracted to address unique needs or special projects.

IT Staffing

NetWatch maintains a staff of desktop support technicians, network and system engineers to readily address customer needs. Our call center will effectively initiate the service request within our organization and assign appropriate resources to address your specific need. As this service request is created, you are notified as the ticket progresses through our system to final resolution.

Our Data Center and Network Engineering Services can provide specialized resources for addressing advanced needs for everything from firewalls and VPN connections to Exchange and SQL applications. Our staff is dedicated to escalating your needs to the appropriate resources in order to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

Flexible solutions for your business needs

Monitoring

Monitoring includes tracking disk space, critical event logs and anti-virus on workstations. Connectivity, disk space, critical event logs, Microsoft services and backup are monitored on servers. Network devices, including firewalls, routers, switches and wireless access points are monitored for connectivity and basic services. Any alerts generated by monitoring are sent to our Service Operations Center and the customer. If action is desired to be taken, this communication is referenced.

Maintenance

Maintenance includes making sure all systems are updated with the latest Microsoft and anti-virus definitions through a centralized system. This allows for the exclusion of patches that are known to affect specific customer applications or that would otherwise detrimentally affect customer business operations. We also perform warranty checks to verify if equipment is going to be coming out of manufacturer warranty or contracted support. Notifications are remediated by the Service Operations Center.

Management

Management includes disk management, Microsoft Office functionality, email support and hardware remediation for in-warranty products for workstations. For servers, user administration through Active Directory, backup solution management, disk space, Microsoft applications (Exchange, SQL, Terminal Server and Small Business Server) and centralized anti-virus are managed. Network device support includes updates to devices either in warranty or covered by a manufacturer agreement, assisting with third party ISP or WAN providers as it relates to network Internet connectivity. Notifications are remediated by the Service Operations Center and service tickets are created for the customer.

Reporting and Onsite Preventative Maintenance

Is provided for Maintenance and Management customers. It includes a monthly Executive Summary that provides the workstation and server operating system information and patching level with disk space statistics. For Management customers, a service ticket trend report is provided along with a bandwidth report for Internet and WAN connections. An onsite visit will also be scheduled every quarter to perform needed maintenance on servers and equipment within a preventative maintenance schedule.
